On 29 November, 2010, Ambassador of Ukraine in Jordan Sergiy Pasko had a meeting in Amman with Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport of Jordan Mohannad Qudeh.

The two sides discussed the current state and prospects for Ukraine-Jordan cooperation in the field of land transport. Taking into account strategically favorable geographic locations of both countries the officials underscored a great potential for cooperation in this sphere, in particular for cargo transit.

In this regard S.Pasko and M.Qudeh agreed on the need to hold next year consultations between experts of transport ministries of Ukraine and Jordan regarding a bilateral draft agreement on international road transport.
