On August 24, on the 30th anniversary of the restoration of Ukraine's independence, in the Jordanian capital Amman, the main transport hub of the modern business center of the city – Abdoun Bridge – was illuminated with the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

For this kind gesture, which emphasizes the friendly and strong relations between our two countries, the Embassy expresses its deep gratitude to the Greater Amman Municipality, and in particular to H.E. Dr. Yousef Al-Shawarbeh, Mayor of Amman.
