The ceremony was attended by a large number of ambassadors and diplomats in Jordan.

During his speech, the Ukrainian Ambassador praised the Ambassador Bilal Rabaia Al Budoor and said that he worked his best efforts to forge closer ties between the UAE and Jordan. He also noticed deep and historical ties between the United Arab Emirates and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He said he wished success and happiness for Ambassador Bilal Rabaia Al Budoor after leaving Amman to the UAE.

In his speech during the ceremony, the Ambassador of the UAE said that he will leave Jordan and say goodbye to his good friends and it is very difficult for him to say farewell to these friends.

Ukrainian Ambassador, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps presented a commemorative gift to the Ambassador of the UAE which is a silver tray engraved with the names of his fellow ambassadors in Jordan.
