Thereafter Poroshenko received the certificate of taking the office of President and official symbols of the head of state – the Sign of the President of Ukraine, Seals and the Mace. Immediately thereafter, the President signed the oath and gave it to Chairman of the Constitutional Court.

Central Election Commission Chairman handed the Credentials of the President of Ukraine over to Poroshenko, and the Ukrainian National Honoured Academic Choir named after Veriovka performed the Prayer for Ukraine.
