More than 200 people took part in this event. The representatives of the authority of Jordan, the greatest and most influential clans of the Kingdom, Jordanian students, who graduated from Ukrainian universities and citizens, were among them. People came with Ukrainian and Jordanian flags.

Participants of the mass rally chanted slogans like “Glory to Ukraine”, “Jordanian people for peace”, “Jordanian people for peace in Ukraine”, “Long live Ukraine” and held placards “Jordan clans for peace, territorial integrity and unity of Ukraine”, “Glory to Ukraine”, “We are with you, Ukraine”, “No war”, “Ukraine and Crimea is unity” and others.

The representatives of Senate and Education and sheiks delivered the speech, during which they expressed Jordan’s support of Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity and condemned Russia’s aggression against our country.

Ambassador of Ukraine Sergiy Pasko also expressed gratitude to the participants and leaders of Jordan for their support during this difficult time for the Ukrainian people.
