On August 9, residents of Petra, as well as guests from other regions of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, had an exceptional chance to hear a live performance by prominent Ukrainian pianist and composer Ievgen Khmara from the scene of the Petra Cultural Heritage Village.

The Ukrainian musician, who visited Jordan as part of a new creative project, gave the audience a fantastic sound of his own works, including a special composition dedicated to the Kingdom.

The pianist's visit was a joint project to develop cultural and tourism cooperation between Ukraine and Jordan launched by the Embassy of Ukraine in Jordan and the Petra Development and Tourism Regional Authority, which was implemented with the support of the Jordan Tourism Board, official representative of YAMAHA in Jordan Girhoma company,  drone services company Sager Drone and Turkish Airlines company.
