Ukraine and Jordan agreed to deepen bilateral cooperation between the countries in the investment sphere at the level of specialized organizations.

The agreement was reached between the Executive Director of the UkraineInvest Investment Promotion and Support Office of Ukraine Mr. Serhiy Tsivkach and the Chairman of the Jordanian Investment Commission Dr. Khaled Al-Wazani during the first Ukrainian-Jordanian online investment conference, with participation and facilitation of the Embassy of Ukraine in Jordan.

During the conference, the parties exchanged experiences in attracting and supporting investment, discussed tools to promote investment opportunities of the country, current challenges in the field of investment and ways to overcome them, practical solutions for effective use of investment potential and opportunities to create joint investment projects.

At the end of the meeting, the participants agreed to continue the dialogue at the expert level in order to find ways to deepen investment cooperation between the states.
