H.E. Mrs. Myroslava Shcherbatiuk, Ambassador of Ukraine to Jordan, paid a courtesy call to the Embassy of Republic of Iraq in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Haidar Al-Azari, Ambassador of Iraq to Amman.

During the meeting the diplomats briefed each other on the current situation and latest developments in both countries as well as exchanged the visions on development of cooperation between Ukraine and Middle Eastern countries, particularly Jordan and Iraq. The Ambassador of Ukraine underlined Ukraine’s interest in strengthening interaction with the Iraqi side with due regard for the existing unique opportunities provided by Jordan.
