During the meeting the Ambassador of Ukraine Serhiy Pasko informed the Minister on the readiness of the Ukrainian side to hold Ukrainian Culture Days in Jordan in 2013. The Minister welcomed the readiness of the Ukrainian side to hold the Ukrainian Culture Days and assured that this issue will be carefully considered by the leadership of the Ministry in the nearest future. At the same time, the Minister promised to do his best to organize such an event.

Within the meeting the Ambassador of Ukraine raised the issue on the preparation for the celebration of the 200th Anniversary of Taras Shevchenko. Particularly, the Jordanian side was informed on the events planned in the frameworks of this celebration.
