Within the framework of the visit, the Ambassador met with the newly appointed Chief Commissioner of the Administration of the Special Economic Zone (ASEZA) N. Bakheet, Executive Director of the Corporation for the Development of Aqaba B. Abu Rumman and other officials.

In addition, the head of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission visited the Greek Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas, where he held talks with prior Father Samih (Basilious), to secure the spiritual needs of Ukrainian citizens living or visiting the southern city of Jordan.
