The Ambassador of Ukraine to Jordan S.Pasko held a meeting in Amman with the Minister of Justice of Jordan S.Al-Zu'bi in order to intensify the Ukrainian-Jordanian cooperation in the legal sphere.

During the meeting the sides discussed the current stage and perspectives of development of the Ukrainian-Jordanian relations. Particularly, they raised the issue on preparation of the state visit of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to Jordan and holding the second session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Amman.

Within the meeting the Ambassador of Ukraine stressed the importance of establishing the contacts between the non-governmental legal organizations of Ukraine and Jordan as well as encouraging the participation of the representatives of both countries in the international conferences, symposiums and seminars.

The separate attention was paid to the issue of returning to the Ukrainian family the daughter of the Ukrainian citizen H.Kachka dead in Amman at the end of 2011.

The same day the meetings between the Ambassador of Ukraine in Jordan Serhiy Pasko and the Deputy Director of the Royal Protocol Department Omar Daud as well as the Director of the Political Department of the Royal Court Manar Dabbas. During the meetings the sides discussed the issues of exchanging visits at the high and the highest levels as well as the preparation for holding the second session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
