The Ambassador of Ukraine to Jordan S.Pasko participated in the opening ceremony of the International Medical Tourism, Wellness and Spa Congress, which will last till March 20, 2012 in the Kempinski hotel (Dead sea).

The organizers of the Congress are the Jordan Private Hospital Association and the Jordan Medical Tourism Association. The goal of the Congress is promoting the development of the medical tourism in the region, strengthening the communications between the Jordanian and foreign medical institutions as well as creating new opportunities for business in the sphere of medical tourism.

More than 400 participants from the regional and international medical institutions as well as the insurance, biomedical and touristic companies, including from Ukraine, are taking part in the Congress.
