The ceremony, organized by the Australian Embassy in Jordan, was held in Citadel – a historical site at the center of downtown Amman.

Australian Defence Minister Marise Payne, His Royal Highness Prince Mired Bin Ra'ad Bin Zeid, representatives of government and non-government organizations and Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited in the Kingdom attended the event.
