International linguistic and literary competition of pupils and students named after Taras Shevchenko was held in Jordan

On February 10, 2017 at the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine in Jordan, the 7th International linguistic and literary competition of pupils and students named after Taras Shevchenko was held in UCC “Ukrainian House in Jordan” among Ukrainian community in Jordan.

At the beginning of the event Ambassador of Ukraine Dr. Sergiy Pasko delivered speech and wished participants success. Activist of UCC “Ukrainian House in Jordan” Mrs. Victoria Brychkova-Abu Qadum explained the rules of competition. Participants, parents and guests of the event sang the National Anthem of Ukraine.

Nine students of UCC Ukrainian House in Jordan” took part in the competition.
