Participants demanded to withdraw all Russian-separatists forces from Ukrainian territory, strengthen (increase) OSCE observation mission to 24 hours per day seven days a week and allow them to stay at Ukrainian-Russian border, which Ukraine currently does not control, as well as to release Ukrainian citizens, who are  illegally detained in Russia and in the Crimea.
