Ambassador of Ukraine Dr. Sergiy Pasko attended the opening ceremony of Women in Parliaments Global Forum Summit 2016, which was held under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. Senate President Dr. Faisal Fayez and Speaker of Lower House of Jordanian Parliament Dr. Atef Tarawneh were present on the event.

The participants of Forum discussed the role of women in politics.

The guests of Forum were H.E.President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, H.E.President of Malta Marie Louise Coleiro Preca, representatives of other states and national parliaments as well as the Heads of Diplomatic Mission accredited in the Kingdom.
