On the bank of the Jordan River in JohnBaptistChurch was held Liturgy, served by Metropolitan of Jordan Greek Orthodox Churches Benedict and consecrated water and the Cross, dedicated to the Christian holiday Epiphany. During the service the staff of Embassy prayed for Unity, Peace and Stability of Ukraine.

During the event the Head of Ukrainian diplomatic mission held negotiation with Jordanian officials and citizens, in which he told about important historical day for Ukraine (Day of Unity), in particular unification Western Ukrainian People's Republic and UkrainianNationalRepublic on January 22, 1919, as well as the current situation in our country.

On the occasion of the Day of Unity of Ukraine the staff of Embassy of Ukraine in Jordan wishes Ukrainian peoples, Ukrainian community and Ukrainians around the World to be united in fighting for Peace, Stability and Prosperity.
