On June 2, 2014 the Central Election Commission (CEC) held meeting headed by Chairman of CEC Mykhailo Okhendovskyi.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Election of the President of Ukraine” all CEC members signed the protocol about results of presidential elections in Ukraine on May 25, 2014. The document was also signed by authorized representatives of some presidential candidates.
According to the protocol Petro Poroshenko scored the majority of votes - 54.7 % (9 857 308 people).Thus, the elections are declared valid in one round.
According to the adopted Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada the Ukrainian Parliament solemn session will by held in the session hall of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on June 7, 2014 at 10 o'clock during which the President of Ukraine take oath to Ukrainian people.
Petro Poroshenko visited Jordan with Official Ukrainian delegation on April 16, 2012 and met with His Majesty King Abdullah II.
