Within framework of the talks the Head of diplomatic mission informed Jordanian friends about the situation in Ukraine, in particular blocking Ukrainian military and civil facilities in the Crimea by the Russian Federation Armed Forces, limiting the information space in the region and the taken measures by the leadership of Ukraine and international organizations.

The representatives of Jordanian communities declared for respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, peaceful resolving the current crisis and stressed on the inadmissibility of external intervention in the internal affairs of Ukraine.

The sides also discussed measures, which commemorate to the 200th Anniversary of outstanding Ukrainian poet and artist Taras Shevchenko in Jordan.
