In 1996 started her career in the diplomatic service of Ukraine.
1997 – 1999 – staff-member of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Tehran;
1999 – 2002 – Attaché, Third Secretary (political affairs) at the Cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;
2002 – 2003 – Third, Second Secretary (political affairs) at the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA, Washington DC; Assistant to the Ambassador;
